President Donald Trump has said Cuba is “ready to fall” following the capture of Venezuelan President, Nicolás Maduro by US forces, arguing that Havana can no longer rely on Venezuela for security and oil supplies. Trump made the remarks late Sunday while speaking to reporters aboard Air Force One, following Saturday’s operation in which US forces detained Maduro and his wife on charges linked to an alleged narco-terrorism conspiracy.
