Nigeria's Minister of Works, Senator David Umahi, has announced the restoration of normal traffic on the Abuja-Lokoja Expressway following a major disruption caused by a blockade over the weekend.The gridlock stemmed from a standoff between truck drivers and military personnel, reportedly triggered by an incident in which a truck's windscreen was smashed.
