Kenneth Okonkwo, a chieftain of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), has faulted the Supreme Court’s verdict on the emergency rule on Rivers State by President Bola Tinubu.On Monday, the apex court affirmed the constitutional power of the President to declare a state of emergency and suspend elected officials.
