Police arrest security guard over murder of retired Delta judge

Operatives of the Homicide Section of the State Criminal Investigation Department, Delta State Police Command, have arrested a key suspect in the killing of a retired judge of the state High Court, Justice Ifeoma Okogwu (rtd).The Police Public Relations Officer for the command, SP Bright Edafe, disclosed this in a statement made available to journalists in Warri on Sunday.He stated that “on December 6, 2025, operatives, acting on intelligence, arrested one Godwin Mngumi, 25, the security guard who allegedly murdered Justice Ifeoma Okogwu (rtd).”Edafe said the suspect was arrested in (…)
