FBI arrests Nigerian man over alleged visa overstay, attack on immigration officer

The United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has arrested Oluwadamilola Ogooluwa Bamigboye, a Nigerian man, for allegedly evading arrest and abducting immigration officer. Bamigboye and his accomplice, Rekeya Frazier, have been taken to court on charges bordering on assaulting a federal agent. THE CASE The incident happened on December 10 when agents of Homeland Security Investigation (HSI) went to Bamigboye’s apartment in Twin Cities in Plymouth, Minnesota, to investigate him for an alleged overstay of student visa.
