FCT Police Nab Suspected Ammunition Runner Supplying Zamfara Bandits

Operatives of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command have arrested a 32-year-old man suspected of trying to procure 1,000 rounds of ammunition for bandit groups terrorising Zamfara State.The suspect, Ahmed Abubakar, a native of Gusau in Zamfara State who resides in Anguwan Dodo, Gwagwalada Area Council, was apprehended on Saturday, December 7, 2024, around 3:30 p.m. by policemen attached to Mabushi Division acting on credible intelligence.Security sources revealed that Abubakar had approached a serving Nigerian Army Corporal, Yusuf Mohammed, offering money in exchange for (…)
