Katsina Governor Suspends Officials Over Inmate Torture

Katsina State Governor, Dikko Radda, has suspended two officials and a casual staff member of the state's Reformatory Centre following allegations of torture and mishandling of an inmate, Usman Musa. The suspensions were announced after a committee investigated the incident and submitted its report.Abdulzahir Abubakar, the Principal of the Reformatory Centre, and Bala Abubakar, the Vice Principal, were suspended over their alleged involvement in the torture.
