Ahead of the 2027 presidential election, former Chairman of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), has expressed the concern he has with Mr Peter Obi. Obi was the former presidential candidate of the Labour Party in the last general election. Amadi, in a post on his X handle on Monday, suggested that some people just want Obi to help them win elections. The supporters of the former Anambra state Governor are heavily divided in whether Obi should deputize Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the 2027 general election.
