APC Sweeps Kano Assembly By-Elections in Ungogo, Kano Municipal

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has secured decisive victories in the by-elections for the Ungogo and Kano Municipal constituencies in the Kano State House of Assembly, held on Saturday amid a boycott by major opposition parties.In Kano Municipal Constituency, APC candidate Aliyu Nabil Daneji polled 7,484 votes to claim the seat. The Returning Officer, Professor Ibrahim Tajo Siraj, announced the results and declared him duly elected.Similarly, in Ungogo Constituency, APC's Aminu Sa’ad Sa’ad garnered 8,975 votes to win convincingly.
