The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has claimed an early victory over the All Progressives Congress (APC) at a polling unit in the ongoing Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Area Council elections.At Polling Unit 076, Sani Abacha Estate, Wuse Zone 4 where ADC's Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC) chairmanship candidate, Dr. Moses Paul, cast his vote the results showed:ADC: 7 votes APC: 2 votes Invalid: 1 vote Out of the 10 ballots cast, ADC secured a clear majority in this low-turnout unit.The elections across the FCT's six area councils have been marked by widespread voter apathy and (…)
