Police relax motorcycle restrictions during, after Ramadan in Gombe

The relaxation of motorcycle movement restriction from 7 pm to 11 pm in the month of Ramadan and beyond has been announced by the Gombe State Police Command.A statement issued by the Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Buhari Abdullahi, explained that the decision followed “extensive security consultations” aimed at accommodating increased religious and social activities during and after Ramadan.Abdullahi further explained that the adjustment reflects the Command’s commitment to accommodating the increased religious, social and communal activities taking place during Ramadan, as well as (…)
