The lawmaker representing Obingwa-West constituency in the Abia State House of Assembly, Erondu Uchenna Erondu Jr., has defected from the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, to the All Progressives Congress, APC.He was formally received into the APC on Tuesday at Nenu, Obingwa LGA of Abia State, by former Deputy Governor of Abia State, Chris Akomas, and other party leaders.Explaining his decision to join the APC, the former Obingwa LGA Chairman said he moved with 5,000 supporters, noting that his defection would be beneficial to his constituency and Abia State at large.He pledged to sustain his (…)
