Kano: Real Cause of Singer Market Fire Incident Revealed

The Federal Fire Service has said that a solar battery explosion was responsible for the fire outbreak in Singer market in Kano. Public Relations Officer of Kano State Command of the Service, Al-Hassan Kantin, made this known on Monday in an interview on Channels Television’s ‘Sunrise Daily’. A fire outbreak destroyed several shops and goods worth millions of naira at Singa market in Kano State. The inferno, which occurred on Saturday, reportedly razed Gidan Gilas, popularly known as “Gidan Mai”, a section of the market dominated by provision stores.
