Kwankwaso Terrorism Allegations Surprising, Says Legal Practitioner

A legal practitioner, Ekemini Udim, has expressed shocked about allegations linking a chieftain of the New Nigerian Peoples Party, NNPP, Rabi’u Kwankwaso, to terrorism financing. Speaking on Channels Television’s ‘The Morning Brief’ on Thursday, Udim said he had not heard Kwankwaso’s name being linked to terrorism. Kwankwaso has been targeted for sanctions by a legislation introduced by the US Congress, over his alleged role in promulgating the Sharia law.
