Adamawa State Governor, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, has addressed growing speculation about a possible defection to the All Progressives Congress (APC), saying his political future would be guided by the wishes of the people of the state. Speaking with journalists, Fintiri said politics is about serving the people and that he would not resist any decision supported by the majority of Adamawa residents. “There are a lot of rumours about whether I will defect to the APC or not.
