2027: APC congresses may lead to ruling party’s total collapse — Nabena warns Yilwatda

Yekini Nabena, a former Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress, APC, has warned the National Working Committee, NWC, led by Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, against allowing incumbent governors to assume total control of the party’s structures ahead of the 2027 general elections. In a statement released on Wednesday, Nabena cautioned that surrendering the party’s machinery to sitting governors could spark internal crises that may threaten the survival of the ruling party.
