NIMC Launches Free Nationwide Ward-Level NIN Registration Starting February 16

The National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) has announced the start of a major nationwide initiative to conduct National Identification Number (NIN) enrollment directly at the ward level across Nigeria.In an official statement, NIMC's Head of Corporate Communications, Dr. Kayode Adegoke, confirmed that the exercise will kick off on Monday, February 16, 2026.
