Senate not deserving of trust by Nigerians – Aisha Yesufu

Rights activist, Aisha Yesufu, has taken a swipe at the Senate over the Electoral Act amendment. In a statement posted on her verified X handle on Tuesday, Yesufu said the Senate ended up insulting Nigeria. The co-convener of BringBackOurGirls Movement was reacting to the Senate’s rejection of the e-transmission of election results, which has stirred up controversy in different quarters of Nigeria.
