‘My oga did it’ – Fubara vows to complete Port Harcourt Ring Road initiated by Wike

Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara has vowed to complete the Port Harcourt Ring Road project initiated under Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, declaring that the vision behind the project must be realised despite political differences.
