30 killed in Kano road accident, Abba Yusuf orders free treatment for survivors

At least 30 people died in a road accident involving a trailer at Kwanar Barde in Gezawa LGA of Kano on Sunday morning. According to multiple reports, several other people who sustained serious injuries in the accident were taken to hospitals for treatment. The trailer was reportedly heading to Gujungu in Jigawa state. Meanwhile, Abba Yusuf, governor of Kano, has commiserated with the families of those who died in the accident and ordered free medical care for the survivors.
