Governor Ahmadu Fintiri of Adamawa State said on Monday that the attempt to prevent his re-election in 2023 has passed, viewing it as just one of many plots aimed at derailing his progress in life. Speaking at the public presentation of a book about him, titled Fintiri – The Man They Could Not Stop, he stressed that 2023 represented a particularly significant plot, but that he is a man of destiny who has overcome numerous obstacles.
