Sokoto Panel Indicts Tambuwal Over Alleged ₦117bn Fraud

A judicial commission of inquiry in Sokoto State has submitted a damning report accusing the eight-year administration of former Governor Aminu Waziri Tambuwal of widespread financial irregularities amounting to over ₦117 billion.Justice Mu’azu Abdulkadir Pindiga (rtd), chairman of the commission, presented the findings to Governor Ahmed Aliyu Sokoto yesterday.
