BREAKING: DSS arraigns Malami, son over alleged terrorism financing

The Department of State Services, DSS, has brought a former Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, and his son before the Federal High Court in Abuja on allegations bordering on terrorism financing. The defendants were arraigned before Justice Joyce Abdulmalik on a five-count charge, where they both entered pleas of not guilty. According to the charge, Malami is accused of deliberately aiding and abetting the financing of terrorism by allegedly failing, during his tenure as Attorney General of the Federation, to initiate prosecution against suspected terrorism financiers (…)
