Full details of alleged terrorism financing charge against ex-AGF Malami, son

The Department of State Services, DSS, on Tuesday arraigned former Attorney General of the Federation, AGF, Abubakar Malami and his son, Abdulaziz, over alleged terrorism financing, aiding and abetting terrorism, as well as illegal possession of firearms. Malami and his son were arraigned before Justice Joyce Abdulmalik of the Federal High Court, Abuja. The ex-AGF and his son pleaded not guilty to the allegations levelled against them by the Nigerian government, through the DSS Thereafter, the prosecuting counsel, Dr C.S.
