NASS Group Backs Akpabio's Cancellation of Irregular Appointments

The Concerned Professionals in the National Assembly have commended Senate President Godswill Akpabio for cancelling seven recent appointments by the National Assembly Service Commission (NASC), calling the decision lawful, timely, and in line with due process.The appointments, three senior roles in the House of Representatives and four management positions in the National Assembly bureaucracy were nullified after protests from staff unions, professional bodies, and senior officers.
