A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Joe Igbokwe, says the unpleasant events happening in Anambra State over the closure of the Onitsha main market suggest that some indigenes are sponsoring banditry in the state. There has been escalating tension in Onitsha since Governor Charles Soludo shut down the market for complying with Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB’s Monday sit-at-home.
