The National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, Prof Nentawe Yilwatda, says anyone who is not in the APC is a minority. Yilwatda made this statement on Tuesday during the defection of Governor Caleb Mutfwang in Jos, Plateau State capital. Governor Mutfwang officially defected to the APC on Tuesday.
