‘Four killed, three injured as Lakurawa terrorists’ attack border community in Sokoto

At least four persons were reportedly killed and three others injured when suspected Lakurawa terrorists attacked Baidi village in Tangaza LGA of Sokoto. Zagazola Makama, a counter-insurgency publication focused on the lake Chad region, said the attack occurred at about 9:30 pm on Thursday. Quoting security sources, Makama said the heavily armed terrorists invaded the village in large numbers and operated for several minutes before fleeing.
