Ohanaeze Sets Last Saturday of January as Annual Igbo Thanksgiving Day

The apex Igbo socio-cultural organisation, Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide, has designated the last Saturday of every January as Igbo Adoration and Thanksgiving Day, a unified day of spiritual gratitude and reflection for Ndigbo worldwide.The decision was taken at the National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting held on January 20, 2026.
