Nentawe Yilwatda, the national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), says he joined the federal government delegation to the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations to hold “high-level strategic talks in Morocco” on football development in Nigeria. The 2025 AFCON wrapped on Sunday with Senegal beating Morocco, the hosts, in the final. The Super Eagles of Nigeria finished third to claim bronze.
