NAF Airstrikes Neutralise Over 40 Terrorists in Borno, Foil Imminent Attacks

The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has dealt a major setback to terrorist groups in the northeast, confirming the neutralisation of more than 40 terrorists during precision airstrikes conducted in the Azir and Musarram areas of Borno State.The operations took place on January 15 and 16, 2026, as part of the Air Component of Operation Hadin Kai.
