The founder of Agidigbo FM, Alhaji Oriyomi Hamzat, has explained why he declared his interest in running for governor in Oyo State. Hamzat disclosed that his decision to run for the governorship position of the state was based on divine direction. The popular on-air personality had declared interest in runing for the Oyo State governorship under the Accord Party, AP. However, Hamzat assured that his decision to run did not invalidate the opinion of those who warned against contesting but he was personally convinced that he will serve the people.
