A diesel tanker overturned this morning on the Tincan Liverpool Bridge in Apapa, spilling its contents and triggering a rush of people scooping up the fuel from beneath the bridge.The incident led to heavy traffic disruption along the Mile 2 corridor as dozens of residents, including women with buckets and basins, gathered to collect the spilled diesel despite the serious risk of fire or explosion.The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA), Lagos State Fire Service, police, and other emergency agencies quickly responded to the scene.
