The Federal Government has moved to fundamentally restructure Nigeria’s healthcare system with the establishment of the National Task Force on Clinical Governance and Patient Safety.The initiative, announced Friday by the Coordinating Minister of Health and Social Welfare, Prof. Muhammad Pate, via his official X (formerly Twitter) handle, represents a strategic shift toward improving service delivery and health outcomes nationwide.
