A group of councillors in Bomadi Local Government Area of Delta State has petitioned the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), calling for a thorough investigation into the Chairman, Hon. Andaye, over allegations of fraud involving an ₦800 million loan obtained without due process.The petition, submitted by members of the Bomadi Legislative Arm, accuses the chairman of illegally securing and possibly misappropriating the substantial sum.It was jointly signed by the following councillors: Hon.
