Fire service rescues man from burning truck in Oyo

The Oyo State Fire Services Agency, on Thursday, said it rescued a man alive during a devastating fire incident at Kara area on the Kishi/Kaima Road in Irepo Local Government Area of the state on Wednesday.The Special Adviser to Governor Seyi Makinde on Fire Reform and Chairman of the agency, Moroof Akinwande, disclosed this in a statement issued in Ibadan, the state capital.He explained that the incident was reported to the agency on Wednesday at about 9:00 pm.Akinwande said, “The fire incident was reported at exactly 21:00hrs on Wednesday, January 14, involving a truck on fire at Kara (…)
