The Federal Government has unveiled a new structure for the payment of professors’ allowances in public universities. The new payment structure is part of the renegotiation agreement signed between the federal government and the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU). On Wednesday, the federal government signed a renegotiated agreement with ASUU to address the recurring strikes in Nigeria’s public universities.
