Sokoto South Senator, Aminu Tambuwal, has said there was never an agreement with the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Nyesom Wike to become his running mate in 2019. Tambuwal said there was no such agreement when he ran for the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, presidential primaries in 2019. Speaking on Arise Television’s Prime Time, on Monday evening, Tambuwal dismissed claims of Wike asking to be his vice presidential candidate.
