The Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Lieutenant General Waidi Shaibu, on Thursday visited Bayelsa State Governor Douye Diri in Yenagoa, where he extended condolences over the recent passing of Deputy Governor Senator Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo on December 11, 2025.Accompanied by senior officers, including the Commander of the 6th Division, Principal Staff Officers from Army Headquarters, the Flag Officer Commanding Central Naval Command, and the Air Officer Commanding Mobility Command, Lt.
