Nigeria: 206 Die of Lassa Fever in Nigeria Last Year, Says NCDC

[This Day] Abuja -- The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (NCDC) has said Lassa Fever claimed a total of 206 lives in 2025, explaining that a total of 1119 confirmed cases, and 206 deaths were recorded in Nigeria out of the 9,270 suspected cases nationwide in 2025.
