Man rescued alive 11 days after Lagos building collapse

A man has been rescued alive from the debris of the Great Nigeria House on Lagos Island, Lagos State, 11 days after the structure collapsed in the aftermath of a fire outbreak. It was gathered that the man was discovered alive on Tuesday afternoon. Recall that the multi-storey building went up in flames on Christmas Eve before eventually giving way, prompting Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu to order its demolition on safety grounds.
