Boat Mishap Claims 25 Lives in Yobe

At least 25 people have lost their lives after a passenger boat capsized in Garin Garbi community, Nguru Local Government Area of Yobe State, on Friday.Eyewitnesses reported that the boat, carrying men and women, overturned while ferrying passengers across a local waterway, leading to the tragic incident.Fourteen survivors were rescued alive, but search and rescue operations continue for those still missing.The Chairman of Nguru Local Government Area, Hon.
