Troops Repel Boko Haram Attack in Adamawa Border Village

Troops of Operation Hadarin Kai, in coordination with other security forces and Civilian Joint Task Force (CJTF) members, successfully repelled an attempted attack by suspected Boko Haram terrorists on Mayo Ladde village in Hong Local Government Area of Adamawa State.The incident occurred around 9:00 p.m. on Friday, December 26, 2025, in the border community that links Askira/Uba LGA in Borno State with the Sambisa Forest axis, a known hideout for terrorist elements.According to security sources, the troops received a distress call and promptly mobilised to confront the insurgents.The (…)
