Oyo State Governor, Engineer Seyi Makinde, is scheduled to sign the 2026 Appropriation Bill, valued at approximately N892 billion, into law on Monday, December 22, 2025.The signing ceremony will take place at 10:30 a.m. in the Executive Council Chambers of the Governor’s Office in Ibadan.
