The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has confirmed that 12 people, including a child, lost their lives in a deadly road accident along the Ejule–Enugu highway in Kogi State.The crash occurred on Friday, with details emerging over the weekend amid heightened holiday travel across the country.Speaking to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lokoja on Saturday, Kogi State Sector Commander Tenimu Etuku described the incident as fatal and very unfortunate.
