ICPC Arraigns FCTA Director for Allegedly Forging Predecessor's Signature on Land Titles

The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) has arraigned Adamu Jubrin Hussaini, the Director of Lands at the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA), on three counts of forgery involving statutory land title documents.Hussaini appeared before a Federal High Court in Abuja on Wednesday, facing charges contrary to Section 362 and punishable under Section 363 of the Penal Code.
