2027: I will not be vice president to anybody – Amaechi rejects deputizing Atiku

Former Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi has vowed not to deputize any presidential candidate in the 2027 general elections. There has been speculation that the former governor would deputize ex-vice president, Atiku Abubakar, who is likely emerging as the flagbearer of the African Democratic Congress, ADC. But speaking at an event in Abuja, Amaechi clarified that he is too presidential to be anybody’s vice. “I will not be vice president to anybody.
