Eight-month-old baby, woman killed as two buses collide in Lagos

An eight-month-old baby and a woman have died following a collision involving two commercial buses on Ikorodu Road in Lagos State. The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) said the accident occurred on Sunday morning opposite Olabode House, between Anthony and Obanikoro. According to the agency, a red Tata commercial bus travelling from Palmgroove towards Anthony reportedly lost control, crossed the median barrier and rammed into a Volkswagen commercial bus heading towards Palmgroove.
