Riley Moore says the federal government and the United States are close to reaching an agreement on a “strategic security framework” aimed at tackling terrorism in Nigeria. The US Congressman, who recently visited Nigeria alongside some of his colleagues, said the delegation had “positive conversations” with the Nigerian government.
