Enugu court remands guard over murder of 19-year-old

An Enugu State Magistrate Court has ordered the remand of 51-year-old Emeka Emmanuel Nwangwu, a member of a neighbourhood security watch group, who has been arraigned for the alleged murder of his 19-year-old female cousin, Loveth Uloma Nwangwu, in the Nsukka Local Government Area.The suspect was arraigned on Wednesday, after detectives of the State Criminal Investigation Department concluded investigations mandated by the Commissioner of Police.Confirming the development in a statement, the spokesman of the Enugu State Police Command, SP Daniel Ndukwe, said the arraignment followed the (…)
